Most breast changes are not serious but it’s good to be careful. So any change in your breast should be investigated, especially if you’re over 40 or younger than 40 with a new breast change which persists after a menstrual period.

 

COMMON CAUSES OF BENIGN BREAST CHANGE:
1. Normal breast tissue accentuated by changes in hormones
2. Cyst
3. Fibroadenoma
