Dr Elizabeth Lim graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1988. She gained a fellowship of the College of Radiologists (RANZCR) after training in radiology at Sydney’s Sutherland and Royal North Shore Hospitals. She has since worked as a general radiologist in both hospital and private practices. Dr Lim developed a special interest in breast imaging early in her career and was first appointed to Sydney Breast Clinic in 1998.

Dr Lim has extensive experience in working in a multidisciplinary environment and has expertise in all aspects of breast radiology: interpretation of mammography and ultrasound examination and performance of imaging-guided needle biopsy. Dr Lim has published and presented on breast disease. She holds consultant positions within the BreastScreen NSW, BreastScreen ACT and BreastScreen NT services.
