Dr Jennifer Tan graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2005. She undertook internship and residency at Westmead Hospital before undergoing training in radiology at Liverpool Hospital. Dr Tan completed fellowship training in Breast Imaging with BreastScreen Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and gained the College of Radiologists (RANZCR) fellowship in 2013.

She has worked in general radiology and held staff specialist positions at Prince of Wales Hospital and Liverpool Hospital in Sydney, and continues to work in private practice. She has a particular interest in breast imaging, both in the screening and diagnostic setting, and also holds a consultant position within BreastScreen NSW. She has extensive expertise in working within the multidisciplinary environment of breast imaging.
